All items must be in original condition including the packaging. Some items may have defects, but will still work for the application, unless otherwise stated as inoperable. An example is shift knobs which were molded slightly oblong, or dont seat squarely at a 90 degree angle to the shift rod.
We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it.
