SPORTSTER 883/1100 BIG BORE CONVERSION KIT TO 1200 cc. The conversion kit upgrades a Sportster 883 or 1100 to a full 1200cc.

It comes complete with pistons, rings, all the necessary gaskets and a special combustion chamber template for proper installation. Also included is a detailed instruction sheet. The pistons are flat-top pistons with valve reliefs, not dish-top, giving the motor higher compression. If this kit is installed properly, it will outperform the factory 1200's.

This kit should not be attempted by anyone except an experienced mechanic. Cylinders must be bored and material removed from the combustion chamber. Although as earlier stated, when done properly, this conversion will outperform the factory 1200's. Thanks for shopping with us!
