2012 CR500AF Service Honda new frame, and conversion kit, fits CRF250R/CRF450R
This new frame , and kit, is already modified and ready for a 89-01 CR500 engine. Parts include: 2012 CR500AF frame (Built/service honda) new.
Headstay, Coil mount Swingarm bushings. Associated af frame bolts and hardware. Subframe(used)/mod for AF Airbox /mod for AF with adaptor plate and 2 stroke boot. Air filter (new)and airfilter base (All assembled) Boyeson rad valve(new) EFI tank block off plate/ with petcock and fuel line.
(new) Radiators(new) modified for AF, comes with new silicone hoses. (new) Pro circuit 500AF works, or platinum pipe. (new) Pro circuit 309 500AF silencer. (new) All parts are new , with one exception of the subframe, which is used but in very good condition. What you would need to complete a Built/ service 500AF: 1. A full rolling chassis of any of the models this frame fits mentioned above. (You could sell off your old frame, and other unneeded parts) 2.
A complete 89-01 CR500 engine with all electrical, (coil/cdi/kill switch) , kickstarter. A carburetor, stock or pwk kehien. With associated 2 stroke throttle cable and throttle assembly. Cr 500 or cr250 stroke clutch cable. Other older cr500 engines can be used but requires some adaptation , modification and additional parts. Please contact with any questions.
