Given that you are replacing worn suspension components, your vehicle may sit higher after the conversion is complete. For the Z95 suspension package, this kit will level the front rake by approximately 2.
If the warning light module is not needed or not desired. Is built with the following suspension components. This pair of shocks is controlled electronically by your Tahoe's suspension computer or suspension control module. Rather than metal coils, they use air bladders to soften the ride. The coil springs featured on your Chevrolet are designed specifically to work with its OEM active suspension.
In order to convert your vehicle to a passive suspension you will need new springs which are designed to work with that type of suspension. These shock absorbers are metal tubes connected to each of the wheels of your Tahoe.
Each shock absorber is filled with a gas-charged hydraulic fluid and tiny metal particles which helps it limit the effects that travel over bumpy road surfaces have on the ride and on the car itself. These hoses bring pressurized air from the compressor into the air springs. This air is used to inflate your Tahoe's air springs and keep them at the proper ride height.

The solenoids on your Tahoe are little plastic components in charge of regulating the air pressure in each of the car's air struts. They are the electrical and mechanical components of the computer system. They are one of several components in an air suspension that inevitably begins to leak with age. This leakage will lead to excess stress on the compressor and other components which will cause them to wear out more quickly.

The air compressor on your Chevy is where the pressurized air which inflates the system is generated. This component also pushes that air out into the air struts to inflate them. More often than not it is the most expensive component in an air suspension system in terms of repairs or replacement. Either through freezing or leading to cracking of the air lines or air springs, moisture causes serious damage to air suspensions from the inside out.
For this reason, your Tahoe has a built-in dryer assembly to keep the air suspension free of moisture. The suspension control module controls the amount of air pressure in the air springs electronically and keeps track of the health of the system.

It is the'brain' of the system and therefore critical to its functioning. A proper seal where the air lines connect is necessary to keep the air suspension system clean and efficient.

These o-rings are what maintain that seal, also keeping the air lines free of dust and other debris. However, you may notice some other common signs of failed suspension components such as a suspension warning light on the dash, an inability for your Tahoe to maintain proper ride height (sagging or leaning), or a compressor that runs too often. If you've noticed any of these signs it's likely your air suspension system has a leak in one of its delicate components. Typically when just one of the many parts of your suspension fails the others soon follow because they depend on each other to work together to function properly. A failing air suspension should be taken seriously and fixed as soon as possible to avoid unsafe conditions for you and your family. (and that doesn't even include replacing electronic components that are known to fail such as the height sensors).

This can be expensive to repair and replacement at the dealer is even more costly. Our four-wheel suspension conversion kit offers an affordable direct replacement alternative without sacrificing your ride quality. Our kit, for your Tahoe, includes one suspension control module which eliminates the suspension warning light on your dash, two coil springs and shocks for the rear, and two pre-assembled front coilover struts with springs. You can easily install the kit yourself in about an hour per wheel with the help of our detailed installation instructions and tech support team. 19209555, 20810270, 25888675, 25845447, 25888683, 25845438, 25845446, 25888684, 15939374, 15911938, 15918522, 15909491, 15886465, 19353945, 19300045, 19300046, 22187156, 15869656, 15945872, 19300069, 19300071, 19300072, 25885469, 25979391, 25979393, 25979394, 15756926, 19300040, 22187152, 88965458, 88965338, 22400885, 22187158, 25885470, 15924688, 15869658, 25885467, 15918525, 15852159, 19331451, 19331452, 19368450, 19368459, 19368462, 19368463.
