As awesome as a simple bar squat is (and it does set the standard for the ULTIMATE exercise), There will come a point where your back and shoulders want to give up before your hams, glutes, and quads are completely quenched. This trendy exercise is not new, but it IS being hyped in recent months as a premier exercise. Our complete conversion kit consist of basic items that take up hardly ANY space, and allow not only the awesome Belt Squat, but thousands of other exercises as well (look'em up). These are all items that belong in any and every commercial and home gym on the planet.

Two chain collars to attach the bar to the super curl crossbar and to the chinning and dipping belt. One chinning and dipping belt. One 48 solid Super Curl bar that double as an E-Z curl bar, but offers even more extreme rang of motion movements. One multi-function landmine platform that will lock into any corner, flat wall, can be weighted down with plates or anchored with four anchor bolts or lag screws any where that you choose.

One pair of adjustable height Safety Stands that allow more options than we have room to list. One 9/16" snap link that will clip an to any bar up to 1 1/8" in diameter and will straddle any 2 Olympic sleeve for a variety of options. The Olympic straight bar and 45lb plate are NOT included in the kit, but they are available elsewhere in our listings.
