A Fiberglass Batwing Fairing Kit. We use the labor intensive process of hand laying fiberglass. Fiberglass is made by combining resin with woven glass mat that is then hand laid and sculpted into the desired shape.

Fiberglass, however, is not only more durable than ABS, but repairs to it can also be easily completed by almost anyone. Fairings come primed and ready to paint, most customers find that they prefer to have their fairings painted locally.

Use the above image as a guide. Is this fairing a 1 or 2 piece shell design? Because of its curved shape and overall design, this fairing is built as a single-piece unibody. This construction adds strength where it's needed and provides better stability against wind. Can I get the fairing without the speaker/receiver holes cut? In an effort to meet the majority of our customers' needs we only provide this fairing with speaker and stereo cutouts. Doing so simplifies our inventory, lowers cost, and reduces the amount of alteration most of our customers require during installation. What audio/digital media receiver cutout size do you offer? There are many options for audio and digital media receivers and, as a result, we cannot provide a one-size-fits-all receiver cutout in our fairings.

Customers may be required to cut a larger space or add an ABS surround to accommodate their chosen receiver. Audio system is not included. Can I get a taller/different color windshield?

The recurve windshield we include, at no extra charge, meet the majority of our customers' needs. I want to be a dealer! There are numerous speakers available that will fit our fairings with little to no modification necessary. We recommend using Polk db521 speakers.
